MACON, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT)- Once Upon a Farm is recalling all flavors of its popular Tractor Wheels Organic Soft-Baked Bars after reports that the toddler snacks pose a potentially deadly choking hazard. The recall covers all flavors, lot codes and expiration dates of the bars, which were sold nationwide at major retailers including Walmart, Target and Costco. According to the FDA, several toddlers have suffered complete airway blockages after eating the bars. The product can reportedly form a dry, sticky mass when chewed, which may be difficult to dislodge, even with standard rescue techniques. Some incidents have required emergency medical attention. Consumers are urged to throw the bars away immediately or return them to the store for a full refund.
